I made a series of works in 2010-2011 exploring the internal landscape of the body, using imagery taken from cells, neurons and connective pathways to suggest a fantastical landscape, as if we could journey through our bodies on a microscopic level. Some of the imagery hints a images of stars or planets, deliberately ambiguous as to whether the images are close up or far away.
The C-type prints below were shown at various galleries, including the Faircharm Gallery in Deptford and the Paul McPherson Gallery in Greenwich.
